Flat packed for easy storage, the 10” round/square silver cake drum board is ideal for presenting your cakes upon. It’s strong enough to support any type of cake, from a heavy fruit cake to a lighter sponge cake. As a general rule, a 10” drum is perfect for a 7” fruit cake, and a 8” sponge cake. The 12” drum is perfect for a 9” fruit cake and a 10” sponge cake.
